Ordering Info

1. All of our products are made from 925 sterling silver with high quality handmade and minimum soldering metal.

2. No minimum order requirement for our Bali beads products

3. All prices are mentioned in US Dollar and subject to change without any prior notice.

4. All of the weights and measures for the silver beads seen in our site are approximate. This means that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown, although we try to keep the consistency as close to true as possible.

5. Payment Option : We accept Pay pal and online payments with major Credit Cards including: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Also, we accept payment by T/Ts (Telegraphic Transfer) direct to our bank account and Western Union Transfer.

6. Most orders are shipped out from Bali within the next business day using FedEx. Then it takes 3 business days to reach you. If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email to inform the reason of the delay. Shipping cost does not include on prices.

7. Customs charges is buyers responsibility. We are not responsible of any customs charges, duty, tax and other related fees. Please check customs regulation in your country for details information. Usually no duties/customs charges in the United States for Bali silver.

8. While we always keep a large range of stock, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available at all times. Please understand that all of our beads are handmade products, therefore we sometimes experience delays that leave us temporarily out of stock on certain items.

9. Unfortunately we do not provide printed catalogs. Our inventory changes too frequently to keep a printed catalog up to date.

10. 925 Sterling Silver is 92.5% parts silver and 7.5% parts alloy combined into bead jewelry. All of our products is containing 92.5% silver. Our strict quality control ensures that every piece is checked

11. We normally use FedEx Priority (3 business days delivery), but you can also instruct the courier service of your choice.

12. If you receive your order damaged, you may return the merchandise back to us no longer than 7 days upon received date and your payment would be refunded in full amount.

Ordering Steps

1. When you are ready to place your order, please send us your order by email to:
   sales@bali-beads.com with any item numbers and the quantity of each items of your interest.

2. Please do not send your credit card info when you are submitting your order.

3. Once you place an order, we will email you within - 24 hours  (usually no more than 10 hours) with a confirmation letter (total cost, including shipping), along with payment instructions. Your secure online payment will be processed by 2Checkout.com, Inc. (US Merchant Account Company)

4. Your orders would be shipped directly from Bali to your address after we receive your payment confirmation.
