- No minimum order is required to order our products.
- All our products are made of 925 sterling silver with handmade method. For Vermeil version, we coat the products are made of sterling silver with 24K gold.
- All product prices listed on our web page are in US Dollars, excluding shipping costs or import duties in your country. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
- Low order fee $5, charged for orders under $50
- All sizes and weight information seen in our products are approximate. This means that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown, although we try to keep the consistency as close to true as possible.
- We accept online payment by credit card, debit card and paypal,. If you want to pay via bank transfer / telegraphyc transfer or western union, please contact us via email at: balibeads1@gmail.com
- Import duties or taxes are buyer responsibility. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or other customs fees. Please contact customs in your country for detail information.
- While we always keep a large range of stock, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available at all times. Please understand that all of our beads are handmade products, therefore we sometimes experience delays in production process.
- We do not provide printed catalogs. Our inventory changes too frequently to keep a printed catalog up to date
- If you receive your order damaged, you may return the merchandise back to us no longer than 7 days upon received date and your payment would be refunded in full amount.
- If you want to place orders over the quantity available on our website, please contact us via email at balibeads1@gmail.com. Perhaps the item that you wish to order in the production process or stored offline.
