Shipping & Delivery

1. We will send your order directly from our address in Bali.
   
   
2. We provide shipments with FedEx, DHL, EMS and Registered Mail services.
   
   
3. Please use a Physical Address for delivery.
   All courier companies from Bali do not accept PO BOX addresses for international shipments.
   
   
4. Using a mobile phone number for a delivery address is preferable to a resident telephone number.
   Courier will be easier to contact you for delivery or if there is a problem with your order.
   
   
5. FedEx, DHL and EMS take 4-5 days for delivery under normal conditions. 
   
   
6. Registered Mail is a low cost service and has a longer delivery time.
   We do not provide a tracking number for the Registered Postal Service because it is not updated.
